Order Processing

- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to select domestic and international destinations. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
